This is the absolute worst company I've ever rented from! We pay $1,100 a month for a 2 bedroom duplex. This summer our air conditioner went out. Water leaked through our ceiling in the hall because the drain pan rusted through because the coils constantly froze because it was an under sized unit. They replace the unit with the same size unit which is meant to cool a 950 square foot house. Our duplex is 1100 square feet with 12 foot ceilings.
