We had an incredible experience and the easiest build ever with Brogdon Builders. We didn’t know it could be so good - great communication, promises kept, problems solved, quality work and finishes and the minimal punch list was handled with ease and grace. Will definitely use them again and recommend them unreservedly!
Brogdon handled a significant renovation for one of our tenants and so our team had to work closely with them during that time. They did an incredible job, communicated very well every step of the way, and I would highly recommend Brogdon if you are in the market for virtually any type of build!
I don’t know where to begin. We have done dozens of construction projects over the last twenty years but I had no idea it could be this easy. On time (early), on budget, great communication, did what they said they’d do when they said they’d do it, quality work, quality finishes, an almost non existent punch list, CO done and dusted no problem, clean work site and they even fixed a couple things that I forgot or didn’t do correctly without much of a stupid tax! We hired Brogdon Builders to be our general contractor for our home remodeling project in 2021. We interviewed five different GC’s before selecting Brogdon and were impressed by their work and responsiveness before being awarded the job. They were the most expensive of the GC’s, however, the quality of work, professionalism, and responsiveness before, during, and after the completion of the project was worth it.
