They diagnosed the problem correctly and had it fixed by that evening. They offered me a loner car, but I was able to arrange rides with coworkers. RecommendedMy Escape had a bad sensor that everyone else misdiagnosed. Had I listened to the others my bill would have been over $1000 and still not fixed. At Brogans it was less than $250 and runs great now! I recently moved away from the area and I miss the honest and trustworthy service I got there. Gary and Mike are the best!
Fast service - knowledgeable mechanic that took the time to SHOW and FULLY explain the issues with my vehicle.
Mike Brogan does excellent work and I have taken our cars to him for 21 years. He has kept our cars in good shape and has been able to fix issues that even the dealers said could not be fixed. I trust him absolutely.
I had a rare problem with my Windstar engine. Mike and the boys diagnosed and researched the cause before doing any work. I called the Ford dealer and they wanted twice the price plus charging me diagnostics even though I knew what it was now. Dropped it off at Brogan's in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon. Fast service, friendly people, problem gone!
