After quick, polite and professional communication by text messages and making a tentative agreement to meet the next day, I never heard back from this business. Several text messages from me asking for updates went unanswered. All communication is by text or by using an on line scheduling tool. There was no direct communication. Be wary.
Their website conveniently would only let me schedule if I paid 250 up front. I scheduled far before the cold season and made sure I cut my vacation short to be home. No show! For weeks I got text excuses and left messages. After informing the person my husband would be home all of a sudden someone was going to show up. -BTW I’m not married but it tells me a lot about a business that I need a man in the house to gain an ounce of respect or to get anything done.
