I WISH I CAN GIVE NO STARS!!! This company installed my gas logs in fall of 2021. After using them, I kept smelling this bad odor and a burnt plastic odor. After calling them back with the concerning smells, I was told to give it time because it was normal to smell those things on a new unit and it could be dust in the fireplace too. We didn't use it after that because of traveling for the holidays.
