Couldn't have had a better experience. They were on time and the job was done just fine. I like chatting with the tech even. my dog that hates everyone seemed to love him.
DO NOT USE THESE MORONS!! Had these guys come out to clean and service my fireplace. One of these morons filled my house with dirt from the fireplace because he didn’t know how to use a shop vacuum. Instead of doing the right thing and using his insurance to take care of the cleaning of my couch carpet walls tables blankets and everything that was down stair when this moron filled my house with suet from the fireplace. I removed my review of this company.
Gas fireplace had not been lit in over five years. Since it was acting up before then making a hissing noise and sometime cutting off, I was reluctant to use them. Brogan cleaned everything and they are performing as brand new. The courtesy and consideration shown are greatly appreciated as I am a senior citizen.
I picked Brogan because of the wonderful reviews. I had an appointment which I was rushing home during lunch to be there. I got home and when I did not hear from them I called. At some point during my travels home they had called and said that he was sick with a fever and could not come out that day which I totally understand. I said ok, but also said that I had to rush back to work as to not have to make up time and said I hope he felt better. I have emailed numerous times to ask to reschedule and have not been contacted. I love the ability to schedule on line and I received excellent service that was done when it was best for me. Makes such a difference in my performance with annual maintenance.
After being told by other fireplace servicing shops that it would be nearly a month before they could see us, we happened upon Brogan Gas Fireplace Service/Repair. We called and Dave set us up with an appointment that same day. Technicians Rob and Carson called from the road whenever they were delayed by traffic, etc., and showed up at the updated time.
