I was on automatic delivery, yet no delivery was made for four months. I eventually had to call to find out why. When I did, the representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive. She claimed the road I live on was not maintained, which is incorrect—we have a company that regularly services it. Hired for water heater, whole home humidifier, and installing a new exterior hose connection. Five stars from start to finish, great communication from the office, Bob inspected and gave a fair and accurate quote plus answered our questions, Dan and Tanner did an excellent job with the installation. They went above and beyond regarding some requests, some valve placements and options. Luckily I called to ask when the delivery was coming because if I hadn't of called and kept waiting we'd be frozen! Apparently they tried to deliver on a Saturday (today is Tuesday) and I had a car at the end of my driveway that couldn't make it up. So apparently the delivery driver couldn't access my driveway so he just takes off. No call, no communication whatsoever.
