Rude and inconsiderate. She didn't bother answer my questions or even talk to me directly. In another occasion she cancelled my appointment without even letting me know. So, I ended up driving all the way there in the snow to find out they are closed. Disgusting.

Dr. Broecker is outstanding, and the office staff is welcoming and professional. They remind me of my family doctor when I was growing up--he actually knew us!
What a great eye clinic. Very personal service and an eye doctor who gets to know you personally. Location is fantastic right off of 280 and University. Free parking in the back of their building or light rail is right in front. Highly recommend!
Dr. Broecker has been taking care of my optical needs for well over a decade now. Every time I see her she treats me with respect. She goes above and beyond with her thoroughness. She is undoubtedly concerned about the welfare of her clients and takes the time needed to demonstrate this. In addition, her entire staff has exemplified the professionalism expected in the healthcare industry with no exceptions, ever.
