Poor communications, once the piece of furniture is bought, they don't want to talk to you. I've since learned that there is a tier of 2nd and 3rd rate furniture that stores slap a major brand name on the piece because the major brand makes the cushions, as in this case Serta. Very dissapointed and will not recommend them to anyone.
