Nice places for a reasonable price! Maintenance is very helpful and usually pretty quick!
PROS: Live here if you like hearing your neighbor's dog barking 24/7 or people yelling at each other for deciding to live here. Walls are paper thin, it's perfect obnoxious background noise while trying to sleep or study. Guarantee sleep deprivation for days. CONS: Once you made the mistake of living here and sending in the security deposit, it's easier winning the lottery than getting your deposit back.
I was told if I was not happy with other Wisconsin Management properties, to try going to Brody Townhomes since they are renovated and close to Hillsdale. Manager did not show up to showing which is fine since I heard from the neighbor while I waited, that the basements flood and nobody comes to handle important maintenance issues in time, and not to bother with Corporate since nobody calls back.
