I would like to thank Lamar for helping me out with the rental! However they have a very unprofessional lady there name Alma Williams! She hangs up in people face when trying to do business! I had spoken with Lamar about my return only for Alma to call me at 2:30 which was before the time I told mr Lamar! If you rent from them never deal with Alma Williams! If I would have known her history I would have just stayed with enterprise!
These people discriminate againt Veterans and their Service Dogs...dont use them!! We were promised a car and when we arrived the receptionist said she didnt have anything to rent to us and then she was rude to us. Absolutly no customer service and there office smelled like weed. Not the car rental experance we wanted on valentines day. Dont use them... Walk.
