Spent months going back and forth on a retail lease for the manager to overlook details just before signing. Had an off feeling with the way things were presented and handled so we were ready to move on. Begged us to continue the lease process and asked how to make it right. Once we got the required documents sorted, timing completely out of our control, they had a change of heart and pulled the lease. My potential hAs been renewed
Worst property management I have ever dealt with. Their rental contracts are nothing but a piece of paper requiring the tenant to handle all services and repairs... HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting, Pest Control, etc. They offer NO Property Management. The rents are way inflated and horrible for small business. Highly DO NOT Recommend.
