Complete lack of communication. AVOID doing any deals with this firm.
We have done 5 sales or purchases with Martin Brodsky over the last 15 years and have always been pleased with his skill, understanding, and execution. Not sure why others didn't have the same experience, but I have no problem recommending him to others seeking a competent, no-nonsense lawyer. I intend to do another sale transaction with him in the coming months.
We had these guys on a transaction as the buyer's attorney and was the worst experience ever... They will totally ignore our attorney emails, will not answer the phone, and will be totally irresponsive. the delays on the closing cost us a lot of money. Find someone else. These guys are really terrible.
He never returns calls emails fax and still trying to get my money from him that’s in escrow and having to pay to retain another lawyer to get my money back from him
