Dr Joenborg and Barbara Prather are excellent which is the reason for the 3 stars. The staff over the phone leave much to be desired. The receptionist never answers the phone. It always goes to voicemail. When you get lucky enough for a nurse to answer they are consistently trying to pass the buck to the Mount Vernon location. It was obvious as soon as the call this morning started that she didn’t want to be bothered with me. She cut me off before I even finished my sentence and told me to call Mount Vernon. Dr. Hendrickson will take time with you and listen, then find out what the problem is. I was his patient in Danville. Very caring man.
