An architect really should understand the aesthetics of the neighborhood and the effect their creation has on neighboring properties. This designer clearly does not have any clue. They designed a building nearly 30' tall in a 100+ year old neighborhood with small lots. To add insult to injury they put the building 5' from the lot line so it towers over all of the neighbors property. The only way to describe it is a monstrosity and shame on both the designer and city planning for allowing this to be built.

I used Jesse on a potential build and he did make time and willing to work around your schedule. We did had an issue within the process and he worked to resolve to where we were satisfied. I appreciate his effort and willingness to resolve.

Jesse was phenomenal to work with. He took all our ideas into consideration and designed a beautiful home that was beyond our expectations. He made himself available during the construction process and helped with a few last-minute changes that came up.
