I had the awesome experience of building my family's forever home in Summerville. Pat did a phenomenal job bringing our ideas to paper, and analyzing every single detail. As the general contractor for our home, I can confidently say that I didn't run into one design issue while building the home. Everything flows, and feels like a dream to live in. If you are a builder or future homeowner looking for someone to design your dream home, then Pat is your guy.
