Had an appointment at 9:45 am. Its 10:44 currently still waiting. I understand being busy, but I am expected to show up on time so I expect the same for the doctor. I did not mind waiting like 20 mins but this is insane. I miss kyle Wagamon. He was always on time and professional.
I called them to set up an appointment. Whoever answered the phone sounded very slow, (intoxicated maybe?), after telling her that I've never been there before and I'd like to schedule an appointment she says, "oh let me check, whats your name?" I gave her my name and she says "Oh you are correct, you've never been here before." (Like obviously, I just told you that.) I just called in to set up an appointment for my husband. The woman asked what kind of insurance I have and she stated that they do not accept that insurance. I didn't care and was willing to pay out of pocket and she denied me the option to pay out of pocket. I advised her that I have NEVER been told by an MD that I can't use their services as a CASH payer. Then she proceed to ASSUME I was on MEDICAID.
