I’m a private book collector who has been using Brodart sleeves for a few years now. I love the quality and ease of use. I really appreciate the fast shipping and that the sleeves are sold flat and not in role. I can’t imagine myself using another company’s product.
Items came in a timely manner and were well packaged to ensure items stayed safe during transportation. Items were exactly as described, and I plan to reorder from Brodart in the future.

absolutely horrible. i ordered slipcovers and they did not fit. the customer service rep, nancy, said it was because they were for softcovers. i said it was not in the description on the website. she said it's in the catalog. i showed that another bookcover had softcovers in the description without me having to go to the catalog. her reply exposed that she was not reading my emails carefully and i knew then it was pointless. i am going to try to get a refund but your customer service representative is terrible.
