Really bad customer service. Staff at the front desk is not cooperative at all, and doesn’t even talk nicely.
I had a great experience at Brockville Tractor Trailer Maintenance. The staff were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Special thanks to Sheena at the front desk for her excellent communication and for helping get my trailer repairs scheduled quickly. The technicians did quality work, and everything was completed efficiently. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this shop to others.
While on a trip, we had an engine shutdown warning. We tried calling nearby dealerships but could not find a diesel mechanic until someone recommended Brockville Tractor-Trailer. They understood our situation. Said they would take us right in. Assessed the problems. Gave an estimate of repair and time- frame. Came in slightly better on both those estimates and we resumed our trip 4 hours later. Incredible service!!
The service writer is fantastic, very knowledgeable, fast service, decent pricing.
