I'll give it 4 stars because I don't remember my visit.
Well, all I can say is...a perfect experience for my first oral surgery, yesterday. They are professional, courteous, timely and caring! I felt I was in such amazing hands. Mary, you know who you are...you are an angel! I drove from West of Bath Ontario and it was sooooooo worth it. I will NOT hesitate to go back, in fact I would look forward to it. I know, sounds unbelievable but it's true! ❤️
What i dont understand if your a business is in CANADA we are a bilingual country are you not required to be bilingual and speak our countrys 2 lauguages ENGLISH AND FRENCH not English and arabic.
What a joke. I went for major surgery they would let me wak up, there is zero post op not even 5 minutes. You are like cattle. By belly was full of blood, I'm puking in parking lot 2 mins after waking up. They sent us with one piece of gauze I had to pull over twice to be sick on way home. All nurses commenting I almost took them out leaving I way 280 lbs, 6' 2". All I needed was 10 minutes to get my bearings but nope. Your done making us money your out!

It is rare to find a team where everyone—from the front desk to the clinical specialists—is so dedicated to patient comfort.
