Had a great experience purchasing my new car. Mike, Tracy & Christian made our shopping experience so enjoyable and rewarding. Couldn't have imagined a more smooth and efficient process in purchasing a car. They all worked so well as a team and were so thoughtful with every last detail.
Never have we ever had a bad experience at any other Nissan Dealership Service dept, and we've been to plenty over the years. Brockville Nissan Service Manager has no clue about the vehicles it services, nor does the mechanic that worked on our vehicle. If the Service manager had have listened to their customer in the first place, and the mechanic had of done an appropriate diagnosis, the issue SHOULD have been clear from the get-go. Tracy was very knowledgeable and very kind. She was not pushy to make a sale and was very considerate of our need. Excellent customer service!
I called today to talk to the service manager John I believe and I asked him a question about what might be wrong with My wife's car and he was able to diagnose the problem without seeing the car and he was exactly right and very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with I highly recommend that dealership and all Nissan products I myself drive a rogue and I have not been disappointed I have also had an Altima and same thing there they helped me with that car when a half ton truck backed into it and they got it fixed up good as... read more
I am beyond disappointed with the service department at Nissan Brockville. I brought my brand-new car in for a window issue, and instead of a fix, I left with a mess. The technicians sprayed silicone and oil all over my interior door panels and windows and didn't bother to clean it up. When I pointed out the greasy residue to the Service Manager, his response was to “use a rag; it’ll come off.” Not only was the attitude dismissive, but the windows weren't even fixed.
