Had a 2919 Qashqai that was awesome, when it was time to upgrade I got a 2026 kicks both times sales was great (Len and Tracy) amazing deal with Nissan financial & Ashley was awesome. Just had 1st oil change done and the service department is now awesome too (Dan) is super nice. Thank you.

Never have we ever had a bad experience at any other Nissan Dealership Service dept, and we've been to plenty over the years. Brockville Nissan Service Manager has no clue about the vehicles it services, nor does the mechanic that worked on our vehicle. If the Service manager had have listened to their customer in the first place, and the mechanic had of done an appropriate diagnosis, the issue SHOULD have been clear from the get-go.
