Brockville Nissan went well out their way to get me back on the road after a breakdown far away from Pennsylvania. These folks are great from the sales department who set me up on a Saturday to the repair folks who addressed my problem quickly and professionally. Great, friendly folks who helped me out of a tough situation.
Spoke with Victoria from the service department, she was very accommodating, kind and courteous when explaining why their on line system doesn't work when booking service appointments.
Bought 2025 kicks and finacial guy got all butt sore when I wouldn't buy extended warranty after that sale guy dan won't return calls need few simple questions answered very poor customer service
Purchased a new Pathfinder and couldn’t have a had a better experience. Tracy, Dan, Patrick and Chris provided exceptional customer service. Tracy even left a gift in the new vehicle for my daughter. Love the new ride and would recommend these folks to anyone. Jeff L - Brockville
