I got nothing but support for the staff here at BGH. They are all extremely friendly. Yes sometimes the waits are long (which opening a fast track spot for all minor things with nurses may benefit that). Being in medicine is a very stressful job but in the end you guys are using your skills to help others which I seriously hope you all are proud of. There has been known times of me wanting to go home due to being tired but no matter what all of you doctors and nurses truly have a part in my heart for all you do.

Wait times are agonizingly brutal , came in split my head open , blood still coming out , went in to triage twice to get bandage re-done and still no urgency to be checked on 5.5 hours waiting and still havnt been seen

I was scheduled for a surgery here with dr Turvey, unfortunately missed there voicemails yesterday about the surgery due to being at work. The lady that phoned from her office did not hold appropriate professional way of speaking to someone clearly agitated that I was not at my apt today which I was pretty certain was marked as next week on my papers. The admin staff are great. Beware getting x-rays here! I was sexually assaulted by an imaging tech. I reported it, they said it was an accident, that it can't be helped due to his size. When I mentioned another action he made in a space that wasn't confined, they repeated it was due to his size. Regardless of the reason, I said, you should probably make sure it doesn't happen again. They never responded.
