Great place and the people working there are so nice. They know what they are doing. I had a good time when I was there today, I'm looking forward to my next appointment.
Debbie went to Brockville Family Physio as part of recovering from a broken arm. After each visit she had nothing but praise for her experience.
Whoever books appointments should really put the appointment in the system. I showed up today after leaving early from work in Kingston only to find out that not only did I not have an appointment but I wasn't even in their system. So I went down the street to the other physio place and they were extremely accommodating. Wouldn't recommend this place and I never even got to see a physiotherapist. If the front office is this bad I'd hate to see what the therapists are like.
Terrible service already and I haven't even gone yet. Been rescheduled 3 times the 2nd time apparently my appointment never existed and my back is getting worse and worse
