I enjoy my dr and one of the receptionists is lovely and helpful - the other however …. Should not work with the public if she has such a distain for people. Absolutely miserable at every encounter.

Dr. Tyler has been our family physician for several years. We have found her to be efficient, thorough, very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Tyler is not hesitant to refer us to specialists when the need arises. She is an excellent physician and Brockville is fortunate to have her.
This is a remarkable family medical centre. The phone system indicates your position as a caller which is helpful. The reception is efficient and friendly. The medical treatment is second to none. I particularly want to commend Mary Hungerford, NP who is knowledgeable, caring, patient, and an excellent diagnostician. All in all, we are fortunate to have such a well organized, well managed, well staffed centre in Brockville. Thank you all.
