First of all, the receptionists handle calls professionally as well as politely. There is a caller line up so you know approximately how long the wait will be. Mary Hungerford, Nurse Practitioner, is a caring, supportive, knowledgeable, skilled person. Her diagnostic abilities are impressive as are her communication and listening competencies. Dr. Steacie has been my family doctor for my entire life (he was there when I was born) and has been nothing but amazing and helpful!! He always takes what I’m saying seriously and everyone in the office is absolutely lovely as well :)
Dr. Albert has gone above and beyond to help my family, she genuinely cares about her patients. They just moved their office to a new location which is bright, beautiful and clean. I am so happy to have found this doctors office after waiting for a doctor for years. Sometimes hard to call on the phone but if I leave a message I always get a call back the same day. The nurses and staff are all very kind.
Absolutely the worst run doctor's office I've ever experienced I suffer from mental health and I can't even talk to a nurse to have meds that my mental health specialist recommend I ask for because my Dr DR ALBERT decides she doesn't want to answer her phone all day then takes the next day off they receptionist is a rude uncaring piece of work it's absolute sickening did I mention I've had this so called Dr for 2 years and never met her in person yeah these guys are really something I'd suggest dying in a ditch your going to... read more
