I was having on and off again issues with my 2018 Chevy Silverado crew cab. It was throwing a code for the transmission control module also had some shifting issues. Bobby was highly recommended and he explained everything that would need to be done down to the parts and labor.Had the old parts when finished explaining and showing the wear on them that were causing the issue.The turnaround was 2 days and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.My truck is running and shifting great,like a new truck.I would recommend them ... read more
I recently took my 2003 Explorer to Brock's Transmission. They came out and diagnosed the problem I was having. I made an appointment to bring it in for repair. I just picked my Explorer up, and it was running like a new vehicle. Bobby was very informative and professional from the first time I came in to when I came in after the repair was completed.
