Poor customer service!! Stole from my mother who is on a fixed income!! Talked to my mother like she was a dog and I would not recommend dealing with these trashy people!!!!
Been great renting a unit from them, unfortunately going on 2 yrs now. I've never had any issues even when I'm late with my payment. I understand and know when I'm late so I add in my late fee get a money order and mail it in. 🙂 I wish I could pay with a card. Most of the time that is why I'm late with my payment. Thanks
