ABSOLUTELY the BEST !! Very experienced, very reasonably priced, and knowledgeable, and customer service is second to none !! Recommend 1000%.
Called about having the furnace in my camper repaired/serviced...spoke with them for a few minutes on the phone on a Wednesday...they were supposed to call back either Monday or Tuesday of the following week to confirm a time to come out...here we are almost a month later...never received a call back...would not recommend
Turned up 3:30pm on a Thursday. Place was closed. Called the number but got the answering machine. Left a message for either Thursday afternoon, Friday or Saturday morning. Never got a call back. Am wondering if this place has now closed up shop.
On a vacation trip and the interior lights in the camping trailer wouldn't work, despite everything else doing so Went to Brock's and the problem was resolved in less than 15 minutes! Mr. Brock took care of the problem and put a huge smile on the faces of myself and my wife! HIGHLY recommend this business for the professional and knowledgeable manner with which the company operates!
