Turned up 3:30pm on a Thursday. Place was closed. Called the number but got the answering machine. Left a message for either Thursday afternoon, Friday or Saturday morning. Never got a call back. Am wondering if this place has now closed up shop.
On a vacation trip and the interior lights in the camping trailer wouldn't work, despite everything else doing so Went to Brock's and the problem was resolved in less than 15 minutes! Mr. Brock took care of the problem and put a huge smile on the faces of myself and my wife! HIGHLY recommend this business for the professional and knowledgeable manner with which the company operates!
We arrived just after lunch after a three hour drive, the guys were amazing diagnosed and fitted a new water pump (which they had to go find the right model for) all while we waited. Can’t praise them enough. Jon
Jeff, Karen and Joey along with their team provided excellent service! We can say enough about this small family business. Their knowledge of RV repairs was amazing. They knew exactly what to do and to solve the problem in a timely fashion. This family understands what customer service really means in the world of big box retailers.
