I have never taken the time to review a business but the lack of customer service at this business it is truly disappointing. We arrived 11 minutes late for an appointment today (due to school check out delay) and were told there was a ten minute grace period. Child missed school, we have been seen only once in over two months of braces and have paid a significant sum of money.
Excellent care Dr Jones and his staff and kind and knowledgeable
Highly recommend this place.
They did an amazing job on my braces. Very kind people. They made sure everything was perfect
