I busted a door window on Sunday. Made an appointment on Monday for a new window install on Wednesday. Wednesday, they got me in and out in a good time and the people there are very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place for your auto body repair needs.
Small town shop but they do great work and have great people working there! They do stay busy though
Abysmal customer service. Phone goes unanswered and messages never returned. Business takes on more than it can handle so expect a slow turn around time…. Recommend you look elsewhere for better customer service let alone timely service.
If I could rate a 0, I would. I wrecked my jeep on May 9th, Brocks Collision was taking it to WV on May 15th, but it didn't arrive in WV until May 17th. When it arrived in WV on the 17th the inside of my jeep was destroyed, anything that had value and could be sold was stolen out of my jeep. Back up camera, rear view mirror, stereo, amp, my dash was broken, glove box broke, carpet was ripped up from pulling the wiring out, fog lights, back up lights, wires were cut, and I could go on.
