Just took my husband's black and brown jeans to get dry cleaned, and they came back faded with white spots as if they washed them , brand new jeans. First time in many many YEARS of dry cleaning that this has happened. Don't know if it was done on purpose. But my husband is very upset. They are ruined now. Bad quality work. ! can't help but to think these good reviews are fake !!
We have been using Brock's Cleaners for several years and have never been disappointed. The people there are always helpful and pleasant. Also, I should say we are frequent users, almost weekly.
I have been a customer since 1979, tried 2 other cleaners and returned to Brock’s Cleaners. From my law enforcement, military, and now my security uniforms; of course my families personal clothes Brock’s Cleaners, the best.
