Our truck was broke down on the side of the road. Bruce from Brock's arrived quickly to where we were at. Bruce quickly had the truck hooked up and headed back to our home. Bruce made a 45 minute to hour drive sem quick. Bruce was very kind and helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend using Brock's Automotive especially if you need a tow truck. The only place within a reasonable distance, with parts for me and Dad's van.
Jackass was hauling motorcycles through Canton Saturday night and almost caused half a dozen accidents cutting lanes and tailgating like his truck was on fire. These are the people who cause accidents in their wake.
If I could give Bruce 20 stars I would! I have dealt with several towing companies, Bruce was considerate, kind, and personal along with professional. The situation was stressful to say the least and he knew how to calm everyone down. He knew his job and took the time to talk to my son explaining everything. THANK YOU BRUCE! AND BROCK'S TOWING! You have proven there still are kind humans.
