Very friendly. Explained the possible problems and solutions. Called before the repair was made to discuss the options. Did not try to charge for things that were not needed and the final bill was reasonable.
James knows his stuff. If you need work, talk to him! Update.... Another great experience got the Tahoe all fixed up!
They are the kindest people and amazing mechanics! They genuinely care about you and do whatever it takes to get things up and running. They take the time to help you understand what’s going on and will always check with you about what needs to be worked on Got my old truck working like a champ and kept costs as low as possible, which was super helpful since money’s a bit tight right now. I love them!
