The phones are horrible. Love Dr Fahory but you have to wait forever to get any help from someone on the phone or have anyone call you back. Calling this office is always a headache.
This place is an absolute joke !!!!condescending dr doesn’t even look at you ,doesn’t talk to you , barely addresses. Your needs , comes up with other things on his own. Told me I had COPD. I never smoked a cigarette a day in my life put me on trelegy and now possibly hurt me bad , And I will be contacting a lawyer!! I have had such excellent experiences with Dr. Fahoury and with his staff. Dr. Fahoury is Amazing. I would absolutely recommend anyone to his office.
I recently visited Brockport Vine Medical for primary care services and had a mixed experience. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive aspect of my visit. The medical professionals I interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly, providing competent care and addressing my health concerns appropriately.
