The first time we took our new pup everyone was so pleasant and nice (probably because we had a 7 week old puppy). The vet we had was super nice and really good with our pup. We were referred to Dr. Pepper from our good friend and she is amazing. My problem is not with the vet it is with the lack of communication between the workers there and the receptionists. My chihuahua has been seen at Brockport animal hospital since she was a puppy. Everyone there is wonderful. Dr. Edwards is especially wonderful. You can tell he really cares about your pet. He takes his time to exam your pet and tells you exactly what you need to know. Their prices there are lower than the other vets I had gone to. My Sugar always gets the best care. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go there and I would recommend them to anyone.
I brought my 8 week old kitten in when she vomitted. Dr. Littman was suppose to treat her, but ran tons of tests that had nothing to do with her symptoms, gave us some cefa-drops and sent us on our way. He claimed he was worried she would not make it through the night but at the same time he was not convinced she needed to be admitted into the hospital. How does that make sense? I am not sure.
