I usually don’t make reviews but I feel like this is an exception. I unfortunately had to put down a pet for the first time. Despite how hard it was to say goodbye to my cat, the staff at the Brockport Animal Hospital went above and beyond for my cat and me. Nicole, Courtney, and Dr. Handler were incredibly supportive the entire time. I sincerely appreciate Nicole for staying with me throughout the entire process. We love Dr. Edwards and the entire staff at BAH!! I've been bringing my pets here for fifteen years and know they are always in excellent care. Stella and Layla may not know it, but they appreciate being healthy and well taken care of thanks to these hard working folks. Every time I have an issue or concern, BAH is always available for a phone consultation, test, or appointment. I appreciate them always making time for us and won't take my girls anywhere else!!
