This guy is a joke! Do not waste your time or money with this guy and his crew. He says he can do anything, but he does nothing very well. He is sloppy and leaves a mess behind. Also, do not leave any of your personal items laying around...he and team are good at taking everything with them and not returning. Can't be trusted. Mike brocker and his crew has done a ton of work for the property management firm I work for he has always been on time and done great work. I don't mind making good money for experience. I recommend him to anyone
When Mike first started I watched him closely and his work although not stellar was “good enough.” Then I made the mistake of giving him more jobs and I stopped monitoring him. Ultimately he scammed me out of about 40 k of work over several months that I employed him almost full time, and I had to complete/pay other people to do the jobs he didn’t complete despite being paid in full.
