I requested a builders risk policy from Daniel Brockman who completed the application incorrectly. My policy was issued and two weeks later I received an email from Daniel stating that the underwriters reviewed the application and have changed the type of construction for the property and are requesting an additional $1700 in premium or they will cancel the policy.
