I have been a client here for 4 years. After reviewing my taxes this year, I noticed that there was an error in the preparation. A simple mistake was made and when I brought it into the accountant the next morning just to verify I was met with hostility, yelled at, and told to find somebody else next year because he's human and he makes mistakes.
