Service is good but worst receptionist! Never again!
Love my hygienist!!!! Always leave here feeling great.
I’ve been going to brockington since I was a kid and have had good experiences the staff is so friendly and kind I cannot seeing myself going to any other dentist!
I told the receptionist my cleaning wasn’t done properly and her immediate response was to get defensive. “The person that did your cleaning is from India she always does a good job” Huh? Apparently you have to request and pay for an examination (different from an annual cleaning) to find out if you have cavities? They said “legally” the hygienist does not have to look for cavities. Cool! Literally anywhere else the hygienists DO check your mouth and then they call the dentist in to address any concerns. I have obvious cavit... read more
