This was once a comforting place to receive essential health care. However, the last few visits have been profoundly distressing. The dentists are terrifyingly terse to both my wife and me, leading to unnecessary fears that haunted us for a long time after the appointments. Furthermore, my wife was rather upset by the terseness of the new receptionist. The hygienists deserve five+ stars, though.
Staff seems under pressure when it comes to time, and therefore causes a stressful environment, and little time for patients to ask questions and really understand what's going on. They tend to leave important conversation in such haste that you are left uneasy and worried until your next appointment. And if you as a patient are even slightly uneasy or nervous when it comes to the dentist, they can make you feel belittled and like you're overreacting.

Great care given by the McDonough team, treatment was very responsive to my needs and successful.
Best dentist in town! Our whole family has been coming to see the team here at McDonough Dental for years! Wonderful group of people who are very caring and thorough!
