I like Dr. Broker, he was very patient with me and my mother. He does not try to ease out the room. He stays and talk to you. He answers questions and have small talk. He’s very friendly. I even recommended two other people.
Horrible experience with Dr. Broker. Every visit we have waited at least 2 hours to go into the room and then we wait another 30 min to see him. He has horrible bedside manner and is very rude. He does NOT answer questions or explain things. He barely even performed an exam.
Very poor to say the least. Made two office visits, neither time was an examination done. Doctor prescribed medication in spite of being pointedly told that medication did nothing to relive symptoms. Doctor made diagnosis without preforming or scheduling tests.
Extremely poor bedside manner, does not know the patient, does not know the tests patient had done, and total lack of confidence in his judgement.
Went to his office for an EMG and NCS. Dr. Brocker has his office workers perform part of the test. It was done very unprofessionally and DANGEROUSLY. Nothing about the dangers of the test were explained, how the test was going to be performed or what to expect . I was not asked any medical questions about my health, or the medications I take. I think this could be illegal! Isn't a trained doctor or trained professional suppose to do the testing??
Staff was very rude to my husband who was a long time client. Wait time is always two hours or more from scheduled appointment time.
. Doctor was very rude and stern and even argumentative with my husband when he was just asking questions. We both left office scared and my husband was upset with the way we were both treated. Doctor didn't want to listen to our thoughts and Doctor even walked out.
This place is a joke! Every time I come here I sit in the waiting room at least 3 hours, then another 1 or longer in the room waiting for the doctor to come in! DONE..WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!
