I honestly can't tell anyone if Brock Sheet Metal is cheaper than the other guys. I don't call the other guys. Brock has installed three units in three homes for me. Our heating unit went out unexpectedly last week with snow and cold temperatures. Darrell came out and inspected our old unit and talked over our options. We decided to replace the unit and Darrell quickly got a unit ordered and came out the next day to install. We couldn’t have asked for better service! His sons work with him and I have to say, those boys are two of the most polite and courteous young men I have ever dealt with. This company literally saved me a ton of money! The HVAC in a rental went out and First Choice quoted over $8,000 to replace a unit that was less than 10 years old. My husband’s friend recommended this company and they were very upfront, explained the unit was still under warranty and had it fixed quickly! I didn’t see many good reviews on this company but I am so thankful we called them. I have their number saved in my phone incase I need future repairs and would recommend them to friends.
