I have NEVER in my life had to force someone to take my money. I have been dealing with Brock and Scott, Donald Whittmore is the attorney, for a debt collection account. I received a garnishment summons. They put a hold on the money from my savings account on 12/31/19 at 11:46 am. After receiving multiple summons to court, they have YET to actually apply the money to my collections account. Nobody I talk to has any knowledge of the money having a hold on it.
