I have been trying to get an appointment with Doctor Brock for 7 months now. I used to see Doctor Brock back in 2009 his practice, it was a lot better then. Now the staff is very rude. And they have no. Professional training. Doctor Brock cannot be contacted because the office manager will not give him any messages. It is sad that he may not know what's going on, but his staff is horrible. I would advise anyone to find another provider for doctor.
The office manager is horrible! She never answers her phone and I have to leave multiple messages before getting a return call. She's rude also. Because of her I will never recommend this office.
The staff working in this office are the worst, from cutting me off on the phone while I'm trying to explain something to hanging up on me, I also left 8 messages for someone to call me and I never got a phone call not even when my insurance sent them the referral
