Vet and Reception staff have always been kind and courteous with my husband and I and very patient with our dog. We appreciate them hearing our concerns and talking through different treatment options without pressure.
They give back to the community by assisting rescues in spaying or neutering animals to reduce strays. Please support them. Thank you, Quinn our foster
The vet is a good person, but unfortunately he has hired a person who has no class or manners working as a front desk receptionist, she is the reason why i will never go to this office again, if he fires her and finds a good person for replacement he knows my number he can give me a call, and half of the people who wrote true reviews about her will probably come back, he's losing lot of customers all thanks to her, There is many vets in Durham and Toronto that have amazing front desk receptionists that people will gladly dri... read more
