Really great labor and delivery experience this weekend with my daughter thanks to Dr pierce and his team 🙌
If I could give this place a zero I would. From the front desk ladies with zero manners, to long wait times, Dr Brock, and their practice, it's by far the worst existing experience I've ever had. I had a pap smear over a year ago, ans I'm still waiting for my results. Needless for me to say I looked for another doctor. I'm going through perimenopause and the Dr only offered me birth control. Awful place.
The staff here is unbelievably lazy. They know they are, other patients know they are, they need to fix the problem. I have lots of family in the medical field so im not just some civilian that doesn't have a heart to understand nursing. Bad bed side manners and poor customer service plain and simple. They do stuff when they feel like it, not when they should. Phones just sit and ring when they wanna chat rather than do their jobs, they fail to give patients proper updates and information. They accept Medicaid for pregnancy only... The receptionist was very rude
I personally don't have any experiences with Dr. Pierce. However, my experience with the staff has been terrible and unprofessional. Each time I called, I get told something something else. This office told me they don't take HSA payment, UNHEARD OF . Maria, do better.
