-5 stars. This office perpetuates racism and improper patient treatment. After waiting about two hours past my scheduled appointment time, I slowly moved to my room, and the nurse came into my room asking why I was there. When I didn't answer quickly enough, she stormed out, slamming the door, saying she "didn't need to deal with me." I had two large fibroids, was bleeding through several pads a day, and was in excruciating pain. I went to the front desk to report her. I absolutely love Dr. Brock and Dr. Brock Jr.! Both are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely caring physicians. Dr. Brock Sr. delivered two of my babies, and I had complications during those pregnancies. His experience, expertise, and care were so integral to helping me through those experiences, and I will always be grateful to him. Now I have Dr. Brock Jr. caring for my teenager and me as well. I highly recommend them both!

If I could give this place a zero I would. From the front desk ladies with zero manners, to long wait times, Dr Brock, and their practice, it's by far the worst existing experience I've ever had. I had a pap smear over a year ago, ans I'm still waiting for my results. Needless for me to say I looked for another doctor. I'm going through perimenopause and the Dr only offered me birth control. Awful place.
The staff here is unbelievably lazy. They know they are, other patients know they are, they need to fix the problem. I have lots of family in the medical field so im not just some civilian that doesn't have a heart to understand nursing. Bad bed side manners and poor customer service plain and simple. They do stuff when they feel like it, not when they should. Phones just sit and ring when they wanna chat rather than do their jobs, they fail to give patients proper updates and information.
