Me, my wife and family have been patients of Dr Fernandes for many years. I can't speak highly enough about he and his awesome team's professionalism and friendliness. Once you become a patient at Brock North Dental you will never want to go anywhere else for your dental care. Simply the best!
Front desk customer service has gone downhill drastically. They need to re evaluate their front desk staff and perhaps replace or teach them basic etiquette, manners and respect. My appt was overlooked by an hour and was told to go home and come back. Not an option in rush hour. Instead of apologizing for the oversight, I was told there would be a cancelation fee if I cant wait as I had to pick up my toddler from daycare. Clearly no respect for my time. I just went for my first visit and it was an extremely positive experience. Everyone was friendly and professional - Irene and the team, as well as Dr. Fernandes and the visiting oral surgeon, Dr. Abouzgia. I was in need of an extraction and I was a bit nervous (After all, who actually LIKES to have dental work?) but I was reassured by everyone's focus on my comfort and well-being. Our whole family has been seeing dr. Fernandes for many many years and the experience has been the best ever since I started going there. Him and his team are very friendly and understanding and know what is best for me and my family. Thank you all so much.
Terrible experience on May 5th. I booked an appointment almost 2 weeks ahead and when I went in the dentist ordered x ray. After doing the x ray he said he can’t figure out where my pain is coming from, saying to me please go home and figure out which tooth is hurting then book an appointment to come back. I asked him to email me the x ray and they said they would. They never did. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
