Dr. Fernandes and his staff are wonderful. They are quick and efficient from checking in at the front desk right through to the appointment. They are always kind, welcoming, patient and on time. Dr. Fernandes is a gem! He is calm and gentle during the procedure and constantly checks in to ensure you are comfortable before proceeding any further. Highly recommend for anyone looking!
I have been a patient of Brock North Dental for 30 years. Way back when they were in the Pickering town centre. Dr. Pacione and Dr. Fernandez are fantastic dentists! The front desk team is always so welcoming and can squeeze me in, in a pinch when I need it! I chipped a filling Tuesday morning and called, the got me in the next day at noon to refill. It made my day! I tell anyone looking for a dentist to try there first!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Fernandes for over 20 years. He is very friendly and professional. Dr. Fernandes has a very gentle touch and always explains things thoroughly. All the hygienists and receptionists are also wonderful. The receptionists are always very accommodating and are able to squeeze us in for emergency situations. I had my tooth pulled out by the oral surgeon there and that went smoothly and without any pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Fernandes as a dentist.
