The clinic is welcoming and well run, and we truly appreciate the consistent, high quality care.

Front desk customer service has gone downhill drastically. They need to re evaluate their front desk staff and perhaps replace or teach them basic etiquette, manners and respect. My appt was overlooked by an hour and was told to go home and come back. Not an option in rush hour. Instead of apologizing for the oversight, I was told there would be a cancelation fee if I cant wait as I had to pick up my toddler from daycare. Clearly no respect for my time.
