Kirk and Katie have created an awesome friendly and supportive environment. Classes are always different and challenging to whatever level you are. Katie has helped me build my knowledge and confidence in the gym. I would highly recommend her one on one sessions.

I've been training with Brock Fitness now for 6 months. Kirk and Katie are hands down the best trainers I have worked with. Regardless of if you are group training or having private PT sessions they treat every client individually to help them acheive their goals. During my 6 months I have smashed all of my prior PB's and I cant wait to see how far I can go.
Kirk and Katie are awesome. Bootcamps have a huge variety of exercises, they’re really good at pushing you, but also offer alternatives if you’re not confident or can’t quite get it. They’ve created a really cool community and I’m glad I took the leap and joined.
