I got the front and side doors replaced by Brock approx. 3 years ago. We were charged approx $7000 for the 2 doors. That would be a fair price if they lasted a few years without issue. Instead, both doors require repairs and adjustments almost immediately. I doubt they know what they are doing if they can't get even 1 door right. My front door has 3 quarter glass pattern insert. EDIT to my original review: I am amending my review to 1 star because my parents front door frame is messed up and after several attempts to contact the company and rectify the issue, they have been given the run around and after several months of back and forth have yet to get any kind of help. This is a very unprofessional company with terrible customer service. We can no longer recommend this company to anyone. Delighted with process from start to finish. Three Windows replaced including bay window and very happy with the look and quality of these Windows. We did look at a couple of other companies but glad we chose Brock. Since this review was published we ordered another 3 windows and this experience didn't go too well! Various issues along the way and for that rating 2 stars only because we are happy with the windows themselves. The warranty dept is horrible. good luck getting hold of someone if you have a service issue!
