Brock Windows and Doors installed Garden Doors on our sunroom in Sept 2020. Their sales person came out and made it sounds great, easy and affordable. Once we signed the contract and paid the deposit, everything changed. The doors were back ordered, communication was terrible, they installed the wrong doors at first, then finally installed the correct ones. It took months. Now, 5 years later, the frames are failing. Absolutely love our new patio door ❤️ the install team was dependable, friendly, informative and did the best they could with the foundation of our floor. The door opens and closes like butter! 🧈 Would definitely recommend this company and I look forward to working with them again ☺️

I got the front and side doors replaced by Brock approx. 3 years ago. We were charged approx $7000 for the 2 doors. That would be a fair price if they lasted a few years without issue. Instead, both doors require repairs and adjustments almost immediately. I doubt they know what they are doing if they can't get even 1 door right. My front door has 3 quarter glass pattern insert.
