EDIT to my original review: I am amending my review to 1 star because my parents front door frame is messed up and after several attempts to contact the company and rectify the issue, they have been given the run around and after several months of back and forth have yet to get any kind of help. Delighted with process from start to finish. Three Windows replaced including bay window and very happy with the look and quality of these Windows. We did look at a couple of other companies but glad we chose Brock. Since this review was published we ordered another 3 windows and this experience didn't go too well! Various issues along the way and for that rating 2 stars only because we are happy with the windows themselves. The warranty dept is horrible. good luck getting hold of someone if you have a service issue!

Had a great experience when they installed my windows and doors back in 2022, but now I'm in need of my warranty. We have called and left multiple messages and we also have submitted a warranty claim online. It has been over 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to us. Would really appreciate a call back as to our contract it states we have a 20 year warranty.

We didn't end up receiving service from Brock. We a got a quote from Brock windows and since their price range is competitive compared to other companies, we have decided to go with the company. As per the rep that gave us a quote, they can proceed with the service once credit check is done. After a week, we received a message saying that my husband and I didn't pass the credit check. Horrible service and job. Came in and scratched up our new floors and put their dirty tools and bags on our beds. Can clearly see gaps and holes in caulking etc. Left black residue all over white frames that we had to clean up. Went to customer service for them to check the work as it was not up to par. The man scoffed and didn’t care, giving pompous attitude with no resolve. Worst company and service ever. Do not waste your money, go else where.
